When Can I Make A Holiday Accident Claim?

If you suffered an injury while on holiday, you may wonder whether you could make a holiday accident claim. You may have booked a package holiday. For example, booking the flights and hotel together through a travel agent. If you were in an accident at the hotel or on your flight, you might be eligible to claim against the holiday provider.
