In our example case study*, Mr Gallagher was a 50 year old man who was driving to his weekly football match when he reached a crossroad junction. How The Injuries Affected Mr Gallagher
Mr Gallagher was taken to hospital by ambulance with severe injuries. Following an X-ray and scans, Mr Gallagher was diagnosed with a neck fracture and spinal cord damage. He required an extensive stay in the hospital. Unfortunately, he was paralysed from the neck down as a result of the damage to his spinal cord.
